🕊️ Bishop’s Mashinani Visit at Kagio Parish: A Day of Pastoral Grace and Communion

Kagio Parish — ACK Diocese

In a deeply impactful and spiritually enriching mashinani pastoral visit, the Bishop made a comprehensive tour of Kagio Parish, ministering across all local units in a day of fellowship, encouragement, and sacramental celebration.

The visit began at St. John’s Githima, which comprises the Jerusalem and Bethesda units. Here, the Bishop led Holy Communion and engaged warmly with the congregants.

The mission then moved to St. Mary’s Church, Kagio, covering multiple units—Gatarwa, Kagio A, Kagio B, and Kagio C. At every stop, the Bishop not only celebrated the Eucharist but also offered words of encouragement to the faithful.

One of the most uplifting parts of the day was the interactive session with the Sunday School, Teens, and Youth, where the Bishop emphasized spiritual growth, service, and the importance of faith in today’s generation.

The mashinani visit was truly intensive yet deeply fulfilling, with every unit receiving Holy Communion and the Bishop’s pastoral attention. It was a day marked by prayer, unity, and renewal in Christ.
